Chambers introduced the report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Council asked and received a response from staff on the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Option #2 presented in the report<\/li>\n<li>The engagement process and involvement of staff<\/li>\n<li>The revised scope of work<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moved by:<\/strong>Councillor L. Dunstall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Seconded by:<\/strong>Councillor K.
