CAO-2024-02 – Township of Wilmot Corporate Strategic Plan – Options
Chief Administrative Officer, S. Chambers introduced the report.
Council asked and received a response from staff on the following:
- Option #2 presented in the report
- The engagement process and involvement of staff
- The revised scope of work
- Moved by:Councillor L. Dunstall
Seconded by:Councillor K. Wilkinson
THAT Council receive Report CAO 2024-02 regarding a Request for Proposals for a Strategic Plan for information purposes; and
THAT staff be directed to negotiate with the successful bidder to identify components of the strategic plan that could be completed with internal resources; and further,
THAT staff be directed to engage with Council prior to entering into discussions with the successful bidder.
Motion Carried Unanimously”
