The following is an excerpt from the Wilmot Township minutes.

“My intention was to attend the meeting tonight. Due to an injury, I requested to be a delegate and attend virtually. I missed the noon cutoff time. Accordingly, I am providing my comment regarding the Prime Ministers Path by email.

Several months ago, I learned that Wilmot Council was considering the future of the Prime Ministers Path, It occurred to me that Council should have an understanding of Createscape’s intention going forward. If the charity was not prepared to provide future funding, that would have a significant impact on Wilmot Councils decision.

I noted at previous Council Meetings, that Createscape is pleased to continue financial support of The Prime Ministers Path project. The President of Createscape, Don Bourgeois has assured this and reiterated that assurance again today.

I also wish to note that the last communication to Creatrescape from Wilmot Township was the notice to terminate the original Agreement. Since then, Createscape has not been contacted by Wilmot township, by way of a letter, email, or phone call.

Createscape would be pleased to meet with staff or Council, if invited to do so.

As I will not be able to present the above, I hope that someone can deliver the foregoing on my behalf. If not, I hope it can be included in the minutes.
